We use specialized temperature-controlled packaging and insulation, along with cold packs during warmer months, to ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition.
Are Godiva chocolates suitable for those with nut allergies?
All of our products are manufactured on shared equipment; therefore, any of our chocolates may contain traces of nuts, tree nuts, peanuts, milk, soy, and wheat.
What is the best way to store my chocolates?
To maintain freshness, store your chocolates in a cool, dry place at a temperature not exceeding 65°F (18°C). Avoid refrigeration to prevent humidity from affecting the texture.
Can I customize a chocolate box as a gift?
Yes, we offer several 'Build Your Own' box options where you can select specific truffles and pralines, as well as add a personalized gift message at checkout.
